Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) Sector is seeking a Global Supply Chain Data Analytics Supplier Diversity Specialist.  This position may be located at one of Space Sectors key locations and will report directly to the NGSP Manager of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Business Operations. 

The Global Supply Chain Systems team at Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This position will be filled at either a level 2 or level 3 and will be located in Dulles, VA or Redondo Beach, CA. A flexible remote work schedule may be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating data gathering with Supply Chain, Contracts, and Program Management for small business subcontracting reporting requirements

  • Utilizes and compiles data from various systems/repositories (SAP, Costpoint, Cognos, etc.) to meet internal/external reporting needs

  • Maintains reporting documents, files, correspondence, meeting minutes and other appropriate and applicable documents, databases and corresponding logs

  • Manages workloads, deadline requirements, and dedicated resources to meet the needs of internal/external customers with respect to reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc data requests

  • Produces monthly/quarterly small business performance reports for internal and external customer requirements

  • Works with database administrators throughout the organization to ensure data integrity and consistency while developing efficiencies as appropriate

  • Assists in compliance reviews with the Small Business Administration, DCMA, Internal/External Audit, and other oversight agencies as required

  • Contributes to data management internal projects as well as the upgrading of standards and best practice guidelines

  • Collaborates with other sectors and works with developers to support Supplier Diversity reporting requirements and tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 + years’ of experience or 1 year of experience with a Master’s for a level 2; Bachelor’s degree and 6 + years’ of experience or 4 years’ with a Master’s for a level 3

  • Must be extremely detail oriented

  • Must be able to manage multiple/competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Small Business/Supplier Diversity experience and/or Supply Chain experience

  • Project Management or Project Control/Finance experience

This position reports to Redondo Beach, CA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Dulles, VA, VA, USA.


Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD
Salary Range 2: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
