Your Role:
Your new role will be integral in impacting the “moments that matter” to existing and prospective employees across the employee lifecycle. You will champion the pivotal transition of candidates from recruitment to onboarding, facilitating a positive employee experience.  This position will combine your high level of attention to detail with your ability to collaborate efficiently and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees and stakeholders, serving as the first point of contact for human resources enquiries.

As a member of the People & Culture (P&C) team you will provide support to all stakeholders across the full employment lifecycle. You play a key role in supporting the HRIS system (Workday) and assist in providing data analytics to stakeholders within the business. Combining your strong digital skills with your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation will contribute to the supportive engagement for all employees at NGA.
