Your Role:

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Organisational Effectiveness (OE) Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the OE Manager, you will work closely with Northrop Grumman Australia (NGA) leaders and Human Resources (HR) to design and implement strategies that enable our employees to reach their full potential and drive business success. These solutions will enable enterprise capability development in a manner which enhances our Employee Value Proposition and contributes to building an inclusive, values based and people centred culture.

Key areas of focus will include developing and implementing programs to support employee development and growth, such as training, mentoring, coaching, and career development. You will also partner with leadership teams to identify areas where organisational enablement is needed to improve performance and productivity.
