This Requisition may be filled at the higher grade based on requirements listed below.

The Systems Integration Testing and Evaluation team is looking for a well qualified Training Representative to support our diverse team.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in the administration of training programs including management workshops, running reports, assigning training, budgeting, compliance training, soft skills courses among others to help employee cultivate their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Have strong organizational and planning skills.  
  • Assist with onboarding new hire program. 
  • Assist in mapping out training plans and schedules, for corporate, functional and employee training.
  • Develop courseware for items or system based trainings.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session and compile data.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

Administration:

  • Supports IPT department functions in the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy of employee course completion
  • Assist employees with LMS related questions
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Principal Training Rep: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6 years OR Master’s degree and 4 years of related experience in at least one of the following areas: administration of training programs, compliance training, curriculum maintenance, courseware development or another related background.
  • Senior Principal Training Rep: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years OR Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience in at least one of the following areas: administration of training programs, compliance training, curriculum maintenance, courseware development or another related background.
  • Professional platform skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skills
    Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from senior management.
    Ability to effectively present information to multiple audiences (executives, front-line employees, vendors).
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, video projectors, and other computer software typically used in creating training programs.
  • Problem-solving skills vital to assist employees to work through skill applications and role-playing exercises.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork to ensure effective training.
  • Time Management and Multitasking skills a must.
  • Have DoD Secret clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain PAR access

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Lesson and curriculum planning skills
•    Ability to facilitate and communicate between other organizations 


Salary Range: $78,500 USD - $117,700 USD
Salary Range 2: $97,400 USD - $146,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
