As an integral part of our Systems Security Engineering Team you will be responsible for leading and providing hands-on experience in development of sensor payloads and complete mission security solutions assist our hardware and software security solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Secure system architectures
Hardware-focused anti-tamper techniques and countermeasures
Intermediate Microelectronic design and fabrication knowledge
Intermediate integrated circuit (IC) failure analysis tools and techniques
Intermediate knowledge of cryptographic security
Perform tech release analysis against DoD-I 5200.39 (CPI), 5230.28 (LO/CLO), service policy, and license proviso precedents. Develop Assess and certify LO/CLO&CPI and AT determinations certifications for licensing
Coordinate technology release tasks with program personnel, ensure program stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are engaged and utilized to achieve success. Develop and deliver Technology Release training to program personnel.
Negotiate, define and develop AT solution for export international markets with USG (Tri-Service Committee, Red Team, ATEA, and V&V team) & NGC Program Team to obtain AT approvals for US-deployed and exported military systems.
Manage, develop and communicate the analysis and modifications required for system\sub-system or sensor exportability
Interface with programs, E&S, and global BD teams to incorporate global requirements/features into our design processes and to incorporate product line initiatives into outcomes for the global market.
Full life cycle development experience with architecture development, trade studies, AT requirements development, detailed design, unit test, system test, validation and verification.
Strategic planning of AT technology development in alignment with global strategic priorities including shaping current and future policy.
Reverse Engineering to architect and validate AT solutions.
Participating in communities of practice to further domain knowledge
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 12 years of experience or a PhD with 9 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields.
U.S Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to starting
System Engineering knowledge of DoD based Platforms, Sensors and/or Sub-systems. Including but not limited to: EO/IR, Cryptography, Satellite, Architecture development, Hardware design, RF, Radar and Undersea Sensors, etc.
Experience with requirements development, derivation, system integration & test and validation and verification
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience contributing to and/or making technical presentations to internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical fields
Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
This position is contingent upon transfer of DoD Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (SAP) prior to starting.
