Northrop Grumman Global Operations Security is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future.  This leadership position will be located in Clearfield, UT.

This position will be responsible for the functional management of a diverse team of around 10+ desktop and telecommunications technicians within the Security organization supporting the classified infrastructures in Clearfield, UT. This position requires leadership and organization focus in order to deliver as it is a dispersed team.  

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Interface with the Program Management Office, their staff, and with sector program managers in the deployment and maintenance of workstation class computer hardware and peripherals

  • Work closely and collaboratively across the Security organization team to ensure PC compliance

  • Manage PC technicians and workstation equipment to ensure 100% compliance with Government regulations to include the RMF, JSIG, and other compliance requirements

  • Focus on technology improvements/standardizations for PC workstation connected production equipment

  • Provide functional leadership to Clearfield PC technician staff while ensuring that vacant positions are staffed, and employees are provided with challenging assignments and training opportunities

  • Provide technical advice, assist in issue resolution and be an escalation path for technical staff

  • Manage resources and staff for PC related projects

  • Resolve tickets and issues for workstations, servers and network devices as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of experience; 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree

  • DoD Secret security clearance

  • Able to obtain additional program accesses as required

  • IAT Level II certification (ex: Security+ CE) or greater

  • Past management or leadership experience

  • Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance (i.e., help desk, field technicians, telecommunications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret clearance

  • Familiarity with NISPOM, RMF, and JSIG standards

  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management

Salary Range: $93,800 USD - $140,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
