Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Principal Software Development Analyst. This position will be located in Roy, UT. 

What You’ll Get To Do: 

As an integral part of the Sentinel Collaboration & Automation Tools team, the successful candidate will aid in the design and development of custom solutions that enable process efficiency across the program. Our team is responsible for development and sustainment activities of commercial off the shelf (COTS) systems and custom solutions that integrate with those COTS tools. 

Essential Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or application software.

• Coordinates activities with Product Owner.

• Participates in Agile development activities, in keeping with SAFe.

• Evaluates system interfaces and operational requirements.

• Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.  

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 Years of experience with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.

• Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 5 years.

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).

• 5 or more years of experience scripting HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Experience with jQuery, React, and/or NodeJS.

• Experience designing and/or developing collaboration solutions.

• Experience designing and/or developing business process automation solutions.

• Experience with software configuration management.

• Experience working within an Agile development team.

• Experience tracking tasking via Jira and/or Agile development management platform.

• Understanding of SharePoint / M365 permission structures.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Ability to obtain IAT Level II or above approved certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret security clearance with adjudication in the last 6 years.

• 3 or more years of experience developing C# applications.

• 3 or more years of experience developing SQL databases.

• Experience developing for SharePoint, K2, and/or Nintex Experience developing workflows for SharePoint, K2, and/or Nintex.

• Current IAT Level II or above certification.

Salary Range: $90,400 USD - $135,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
