Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a Principal Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team of diverse professionals based in our Huntsville, Alabama office.  The selected candidate will be responsible for design and administration of a SharePoint site for a new program, as well as implement other business solutions.  This position can be performed as a virtual telecommuter.

Responsibilities

  • Provide SharePoint content management and user administration
  • Gather change requests from users, analyze requirements, suggest and implement business process solutions
  • Document processes and propose process improvements for SharePoint libraries, lists, custom pages, and workflows using Army 365 toolset
  • Interpret complex data and business metrics and create dashboards using Power BI, SharePoint Designer and Power Automate
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint pages and workflows
  • Collaborate with other members of the team and the IT organization to troubleshoot and address user issues

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD; or 9 years relevant experience
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and workflow development using Power Automate and Power BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present technical data and analyze results
  • Work independently, as well as be a team player
  • Manage time to meet deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in business systems and ability to create processes for end users
  • US Citizen w/DoD SECRET Interim Clearance required to start
  • MS Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access) operational proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with InfoPath, Nintex, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Database Design
  • Experience with Army 365 Toolset

Salary Range: $86,300 USD - $129,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
