Job Description:

The candidate will perform job duties as a computer systems analyst ensuring that the different lab environments for the program are in an operational and orderly function. These different lab environments are in support of the WISŁA IBCS Program in Huntsville, Alabama. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support system security requirements, architecture, design, development, evaluation, certification, and accreditation.
  • Work with Product Teams in support of secure operating systems, applications, networks, hardware, databases, etc.
  • Work on multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Maintain the inventory and organization for the labs and tools
  • Perform maintenance inspections of labs and equipment
  • Responsible for the organization and installation of equipment and cabling within labs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software within the labs
  • Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions and ensure repairs are executed
  • Coordinate and process material returns
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, standards, and components
  • Level 1: Associate degree and 2 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 0 years of experience; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Level 2: Associate degree and 4 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or master’s degree and 0 years of experience; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating products and related performance, comprehending, analyzing complete problems, and developing solutions
  • Experience leading technical teams to accomplish time-critical tasks/events
  • Experience with asset management software

Salary Range: $58,000 USD - $87,000 USD
Salary Range 2: $70,000 USD - $105,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
