The Integration Support Group (ISG) has an immediate need for an IT Asset Management Analyst to manage the administration of IT inventory, asset management, and technical service contracts; maintain and manage software license information and updates; and work with IT Procurement in the development of enterprise wide IT purchasing standards and procedures.

Major tasks include:

• Establish property tracking process improvements
• Prepare DD1149 Asset transfer documents for multiple handovers and deliveries
• Perform Asset database updates for procurement, sanitizations, deliveries, and maintenance contracts
• Flawless transfer of assets to the O&M contract
• Work closely with Customer to resolve hundreds of SW license renewals
• Effectively work with Global Supply Chain to process a backlog of purchase requisitions (PRs) for much needed material to meet program delivery schedules
• Process iBuy PRs, and monitoring the flow through the system from a PR to a purchase order, working with the supplier for on time deliveries and assist accounts payable with invoice issues
• Property management updating the ISG and asset smart data bases to keep accurate record of serial numbers/materials purchases for M1 Project Portfolio and OU/BU datacenters

Basic Qualifications for the Sr. Principal IT Asset Management Analyst:

• Current SCI access or a DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Proficiency in IT inventory, asset management, managing SW licenses, and IT procurements

Preferred Qualifications:

• SCI clearance
• Experienced in working in a large IT environment
• Experience working with external vendors such as Red Hat, VMware, HP, and NetApp

Salary Range: $107,000 USD - $160,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
