Principal / Sr. Principal Software Test Engineer (TS/SCI w/Polygraph)

Primary Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, and implement testing methods required for testing and evaluating in an enterprise environment. Perform manual testing as well as execute automated test scripts.
   

Basic Qualifications Principal Software Test Engineer:

    Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
    5 Years experience with Bachelors in Science degree; 3 Years with Masters degree with automation test tools, SQL, planning, orchestrating projects to completion. Manual test experience with functional, regression, interface, data migration, validation, and integrating testing.

Basic Qualifications Sr. Principal Software Test Engineer:

    Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
    9 Years experience with Bachelors in Science degree; 7 Years with Masters degree with automation test tools, SQL, planning, and orchestrating projects to completion. Manual test experience with functional, regression, interface, data migration, validation, and integrating testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in an Agile environment
    Self-starter with the ability to pick up and learn new products with little supervision.
    Experience with defect tracking tools, generating test artifacts such as Test Plans, Test Procedures, Final Test Plans, and Analysis reports.
    Excellent communication and organization skills will be required. Tasking may include writing SOPs, Wiki artifacts and performing demonstrations.
    Knowledge of Git/GitHub and AWS; Test automation development using Python and Selenium; Team Foundation Server (TFS) experience a plus; Jira.

Salary Range: $92,200 USD - $138,400 USD

Salary Range 2: $114,300 USD - $171,500 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
