Principal/Sr Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst (Telework)

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an International Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA and may have partial telework available. The selected candidate will work closely with the Air Dominance F-35 team to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization. This position is located in Redondo Beach, CA with telework available.

Essential Functions:

• Strategizes, develops, and manages comprehensive export authorizations to ensure compliance with US and foreign regulations

• Follows business processes pertaining to export/import requirements and all necessary export and import licenses, permits, certifications, and technology release determinations

• Establishes and maintains relations with appropriate government regulatory agencies and internal customers

• Assures trade compliance through gate reviews for technical data, foreign travel, foreign visits and export and import shipments.

• Maintains applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements

This requisition may be filled as either a Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst or Senior Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst

Basic Qualifications for the Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in export licensing OR a Master's Degree with 4 years of related experience

• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance

Basic Qualifications for the Senior Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in export licensing OR a Master's Degree with 8 years of related experience

• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on a complex and high-volume production program

• Experience with OCR's EASE application (EEMS)

• Experience with SAP / GTS application

• Active DOD Secret Clearance with investigation completed within the last 5 years

Salary Range: $78,500 USD - $145,900 USD

Salary Range 2: $86,300 USD - $160,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
