Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), F-35 Sustainment HPSI Operating Unit, has an opening for a Tool Crib Attendant 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. You will be assigned as a Tool Crib Attendant 3 supporting F-35 organizational maintenance at MCAS Yuma, AZ.  Your Mission will be to support O-Level maintenance on F-35.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performs the duties of signing-out and signing-in of centralized tooling, consumables, and Support Equipment (SE).
• Assists with auditing of the tool control program to confirm compliance with the Tool Control Manual.
• Performs routine spot checks of tool inventory for compliance.
• Assist Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) representatives with calibration placard inspections prior to tool use confirming correct calibration. 
• Assist USMC/USN with tooling storage and setting up storage locations for new tooling.
• Ensures Periodic Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) are being performed on the tooling and SE prior to the expiration of current inspections.
• Performs follow-up inspections to ensure work-orders are signed off in CMMS for tooling, special test equipment, and SE.
• Assists logistics personnel in pre- and post-deployment preparations to include inventories, inspections, packaging, and shipping of tools and/or equipment.
• Able to meet the physical demands of this position, including regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, and reach. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
• 2 Years experience in Aviation Tool Control Accountability and Tool Control Program Procedures.
• Must have a current Secret DoD Secret clearance with ability to maintain.  Clearance required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of hazardous material processes and procedures in conjunction with maintaining re-stock points of PEB, bench/shop stock and consumables.
• U. S. Navy or U. S. Marine Corps experience with thorough understanding of F-35 Fighter Aircraft Systems and operations under COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and 4790.35.
• Experience using ALIS or ODEN F-35 Support Programs.
• Experience in creating and submitting Action Request.
• Highly skilled in using MS Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in a Military-focused Customer Service-Related Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of tools and their intended use, tool accountability, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Safety programs.

Salary Range: $42,400 USD - $70,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
