We are looking for you to join our team as a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator (Logistics Support 3) based out of Mclellan, CA in the Sacramento area.

What You’ll get to Do:

Provide support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Determine maintenance and repair materials required for deployment. Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. Develop requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; review configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; document equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product. In addition you may also:

- Support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain Process.

- Review field support requirements and recommends tool and test equipment. Establishes calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks.

- Load, unload, and convey materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, and performs a combination of tasks under specific direction which may include shipping and/or receiving.

- Open containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials and records information.

- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and machines by hand; loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by hand or fork lift.

- Convey materials using hand truck, forklift, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials; aids machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or by use of power hoist.

- Work closely with the Logistics Lead to obtain daily duties.

- Pull kits and verifies quantities and part numbers. - Pack materials and tool kits preparing for shipment to offsite locations. - Will be provided with training related to Inventory Management Tool (database).

- Will travel to customer sites as needed (up to 5% travel).

Basic Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 year’s additional education and/or related experience.

- Must have receiving, warehousing or shipping experience.

- Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work for 8 hours.

- Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) fluency.

- Must be a US citizen, already have an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance to be considered and must be able to obtain a Polygraph prior to start

Preferred Qualifications:

- Forklift experience

- Experience with sit down and stand up lifts

- Proficient in SAP application or other enterprise logistics software

- Knowledge working with Bills of Material (BOM), Drawings, and Parts Lists

- Perform material inventory and management functions to include operation of automated bar code scanning equipment.

- Assist with operations of a supply room to include stocking shelves, inventorying, shopping for resupply items, and issuing consumable supplies.

- Assist with turn-in, repair, an d relocation of equipment.

- Knowledge of 49 CFR Shipping regulations

- DOT & IATA hazmat shipping certifications

Salary Range: $47,600 USD - $79,300 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
