Northrop Grumman Technical Services sector is seeking a Level 3 Logistics Planner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals for a long term OCONUS position. This position will be located in Guam. 

The successful candidate will analyze technical data and reports to determine spares and support equipment provisioning requirements. Reviews site survey results and letters of offer and acceptance and formulates specific recommendations for spare/repair parts and support equipment. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories. May originate support plans for offer to potential customers and provide technical assistance to existing customer personnel. May forecast and manage budget system. Additionally, the selected candidate may receive additional training and be cross utilized into aircraft maintenance management to ensure all equipment assigned are regularly maintained.

Basic Qualifications:           

• 6 years with Bachelors degree or 4 years with Masters. Experience may be used as a substitute for education.
• Experience with Logistics Management focused on aircraft/equipment support operations
• Additional education and/or experience relevant to the aircraft systems, aviation and aerospace Industry required.
• Applicants must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 120 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements.
• Applicants must meet medical requirements for worldwide travel, which include a physical.
• Applicants must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
• Applicants must be a US citizen and hold a minimum active DoD Secret security clearance, in scope within 5 years, and be willing to submit to polygraph.
• Additionally, the ability to obtain and retain Special Program access is required as condition of employment within 365 days of submission.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Operational experience is preferred over manufacturing or production, but all candidates will be considered.
• IATA Certified
• AFMAN 24-604
• Experience TCMAX, Passport and FMT

Salary Range: $71,400 USD - $107,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
