The TTS(Technical Team Supervisor) is responsible to:

Ensure proper execution of daily operations in a test environment, working with energetic materials and/or hardware, to meet organizational objectives.  The TTS is responsible to work with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Program Management, Safety and external customers to identify and make recommendations to solve technical issues.  This position will be dedicated to the energetics testing  group.

Job Duties:

  • Daily scheduling of technicians.
  • Development and revisions of policies and procedures.
  • Participate in technician reviews, hiring, and recognition decisions.
  • Building ownership including maintenance, building PMs and facility management, and overall building cleanliness.
  • Provide input to management on daily operations and processes.
  • Cover off shift operations, on call, and weekend work.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or 3-5 years of experience working in an energetics area.
  • Proven ability to communicate with multiple function groups across Northrop Grumman
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive process improvement in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time and organizational management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop technicians.
  • Experience in an energetics testing and manufacturing environment including:
    •  Ingredient ordering and preparation
    • Working knowledge of Solumina planning and data entry
    • Maintenance permitting and workorder submission in Dispatch
    • Material processing and preparation
    • Data analysis and entry

Salary Range: $68,900 USD - $114,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
