Develops, maintains and ensures compliance with quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and that the performance and quality of products conform to established standards, specifications and agency guidelines. Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance. Works directly with operating entities to ensure that inspections, process control analyses or audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications. Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. May serve as liaison between the company and the various governmental agencies.

Basic Qualifications:

4 Years with Bachelors in Science; 2 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD. or High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant work experience will be considered.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and hands-on experience maintaining Foreign Object Elimination (FOE) Program in a Manufacturing environment is preferred. AS9100 Revision D Lead Auditor Probitas Certification

Prior Government Ground Representative (GGR)

Experience with the 8210.1C Change 1

Salary Range: $74,600 USD - $111,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
