Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Associate Quality Analyst (Auditor) to join our Mission assurance auditing team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located Iuka, Mississippi.

In Mission Assurance Quality Auditing, we complete assessments and audits to monitor specifications and processes to ensure compliance with AS9100,  NADCAP, Contract and internal procedures.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Perform level I floor audits.
• Perform level II In Process Audits on the production floor.
• Report to and coordinate audit related activities with leadership.
• Ensure effective audit related corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Mission assurance OR Bachelor's degree.
• Root Cause and Corrective action training
• Quality Auditing training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or accomplish them simultaneously.
• DOD Secret clearance or above

Preferred Qualifications:

• AS9100 Audit training
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T drawings.
• Knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action methods
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principles
• Background in Composites

Work schedule:

• Opening on Day shift
• Must be willing to work any shift.

Salary Range: $47,400 USD - $71,200 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
