Metrology and Stamp Administrative Technician

Basic requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related Aerospace experience.
• Familiarity with and skilled in Microsoft office products
• Comfortable with learning and operating less common software (for example: Met Team, SharePoint,   )
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Calibration process and Metrology
• Basic understanding of Quality processes
• Team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic, diverse environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with others at all levels of the organization

Salary Range: $58,000 USD - $96,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
