Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Program Quality Analyst to provide support to our Roy, Utah SDS Team. Selected candidate will support Supplier MA functions to ensure mission success. 

This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Assesses supplier performance and risks and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.

  • Assist the Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) with all SDS requirements.  Develop, implement and maintain the SDS Approved Suppliers List. 

  • Support programs understanding of supplier classifications and ASL activities. Develop and maintain SDS SMA Metrics. 

  • Support IPT SMA & GSC in Conditional Acceptance requirements and flow down.

  • Technical reviews of all supplier development and onboarding activities as required.

  • Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of supplier evaluations and division procurements.

  • Collaborate in a team environment.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.   

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of applicable experience; OR a Master's degree and 1 years of relevant experience, OR 7 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Active Secret Clearance or higher with an adjudication date within the last 6 years OR possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

  • Experience in reviewing/approving activities in regard to supplier development

  • Experience with manufacturing and/or quality assurance processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ICBM or Aerospace programs

  • Prior manufacturing experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with quality tools (MES, SAP, etc.) to support program processes, audits, and improvement.

  • Knowledge of GD&T, Engineering Specifications, and manufacturing processing

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: AS9100, ISO:9001, etc.

  • Experience with implementing and maintaining databases i.e., MES, CPLM, SAP etc.

  • Certified AS9100D Lead Auditor

  • Familiarity with CMMI v2.0

  • Active Top Secret Clearance


Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $90,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
