Northrop Grumman Military Internship Program (DoD Skillbridge)
The Northrop Grumman Military Internship Program is an opportunity for transitioning service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through an individual internship during their last 6 months of service, for up to 180 days. Northrop Grumman has been recognized as a partner for the DoD SkillBridge program, a program designed to connect transitioning service members with positions at Northrop Grumman. We provide opportunities to gain real-world corporate experience with the potential for follow-on, full-time employment post separation/retirement.
As one of the largest global security companies in the world, Northrop Grumman is proud to help our nation’s military personnel make the transition to civilian careers. Approximately 1/4th of Northrop Grumman’s 90,000 employees self-identify as veterans, and more than 1,600 are reservists.
Your training and experiences have prepared you for anything. Whether your expertise is in defense, global climate, cyber, public safety or any other aspect of what we do, we hope you will join us as we continue to develop mission critical programs for our customers worldwide. The Northrop Grumman Military internship Program is open to all ranks and experience levels. Multiple requisitions have been developed based on geographic area and degree (professional) or non-degree (technician) experience. Please see below for a list of all program requisitions.
