Quality & Mission Excellence (QME) assures total mission success through the disciplined application of quality engineering and assurance; program mission assurance; supplier quality; process effectiveness and compliance; data analytics; regulatory and standards compliance; and environmental health, safety and fire protection.
The organization ensures Northrop Grumman products and services meet our customers’ critical mission needs and are applicable to statutory and regulatory requirements by reducing risk, sustaining compliance and enhancing operational effectiveness. QME support begins with the capture phase and continues throughout the program life cycle to program closure.
