  • Role Description:

    The NGI Program Qualification and Execution Manager will support the NGI Program Director, NGI Chief Engineering, and NGI Program Execution Manager in all aspects of program and business management with an emphasis on hardware qualification.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and layout the NGI Qualification Program Plan, from component and box level up to and including Sub-assembly, System and AUR Qualification
  • Manage generation of the Qualification Review Board packages (not generate them), and present at the QRB
  • Ownership of the Test Execution Plan (TEP) and Protype Test Plan (PTP) and associated SDRLs
  • Manage the organization of hardware qualification, including Mechanical Structures, Ordnance and Pneumatics, and Non-Tactical Equipment
  • Manage planning of program execution activities.
  • Manage IPTs and/or Program Managers to execute program milestones.
  • Perform monthly review of schedule and other metrics essential to program performance.  Present ongoing status to internal and external management.
  • Lead interface with applicable customers, subcontractors and auditors (internal and external)
  • Interface with diverse functional areas to include but not limited to the Program Office, Contracts, Material Controls, Supply Chain Management, Scheduling and Engineering.

  • Other duties to include leading program efficiency initiatives and other special projects to improve profitability and/or compliance.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree with minimum of 9 years related experience.
  • DoD/active clearance required to start.
  • Only apply if you have an active clearance.

Salary Range: $152,100 USD - $228,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
