SSSD has an opening for an AIM BU & Sagittarius Program Operations Support Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA. This role will support the AIM BU & Sagittarius Program Operations Team to oversee on-site day-to-day program operations in the following capacity:

  • Support IT planning for multiple networks.
  • Regular coordination with Security, PMO delegate for security approvals, development of billet tracking metrics and projections tied to staffing and understanding technical needs across programs
  • Facilities planning & coordination with team moves, office space, new hires on-boarding, etc.
  • Support BU operations reporting and communication with Division, Sector & Corporate
  • Support BU/program tool development and maintenance for operational efficiency
  • Support coordination of BU engagement activities and initiatives; Participate in Advisory Committee to enable execution of engagement plans
  • Lead content development for digital displays
  • Lead rhythm for employee recognition program
  • Provide maintenance of onboarding tool and account approvals

Basic Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a Business, Technical or related degree and with 10+ years of related professional experience in an operational role OR Master’s degree from an accredited university in a Business, Technical or related degree with 8+ years of related operational professional experience.
•  Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently.
•  Demonstrated flexible approach to work and the ability to work collaboratively on a team.
•  Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Experience with Windows-based MS Office tools, to include MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

•  Candidate must have, and be able to maintain, an active TS/SCI clearance


Preferred Qualifications:

•  MS degree in a Business, Technical or related degree.

Salary Range: $107,000 USD - $160,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
