Job Description:

This position is for the role of a Program Integrator. The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization within the Program Integration Operations Homeroom onsite in Palmdale, California.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complex operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as primary liaison between an Integrated Product Team (IPT), support organizations, and Program Management. With oversight, this individual contributor will manage various projects to cost, schedule, and quality goals, and compliance requirements. This includes developing methods for creating and managing schedules, preparing status reports, assessing project issues, developing resolutions, and being the IPT’s primary focal point for capturing risks, issues and opportunities, and other tasks, as assigned, such as preparation and/or presentation of executive level presentations. Some travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 6 years of Project Management
  • experience 4 year with a Master's Degree
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office tool suite; Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Active secret or top-secret clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 years)
  • Ability to attain and maintain program access (PAR)
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • +6 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in an aircraft manufacturing environment
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office tool suite
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management System
  • Certified Control Account Manager (CAM)
  • Experience using SharePoint or Jira
  • Experience in leading a team

Salary Range: $83,000 USD - $125,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
