Aeronautics Systems is seeking Principal Project Managment (Level 3) integrator to join our Capture team onsite Melbourne, FL facility. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Essential Functions:

•        Manages program rhythm and associated calendars

•        Develops/maintains Program Definition Documents (PDDs), CWBS, and other Program Management Plans

•        Develops and delivers presentations for internal/external use (down and in / up and out)

•        Integrate, control, and manage program and product requirements

•        Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives

•        Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, for intervention, and problem solving with project managers and functional managers

•        Coordinate with internal and external customers, integrated product teams, and suppliers

•        Ability to comprehend and perform fairly complex tasks and develop solutions to a variety of complex problems

•        Exerts influence on overall objectives and works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives

•        Actively work with program manager and SEIT lead to ensure success of the program

•        Identify Opportunities to save cost and/or schedule to bring more value to our customer and improve performance

•        Represents organization as prime contact on contracts or projects and performs coordination between organizations

•        Facilitates Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management

•        Non-technical requirements management 

•        Program Resource Management

Basic Qualifications (Principal Program Integrator):

•        Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of project management like experience OR a Masters degree with 4 years of project management like experience

•        Must have an active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the scope of five years)

Preferred Qualifications:

•        Master's degree in project management

•        Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with a background investigation completed within the last five years with the ability to obtain program access

Salary Range: $74,600 USD - $111,800 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
