Northrop Grumman is looking for an ERP Operations and Fiscal Manager. This role is not location specific and can be supported virtually.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages overall plan/schedule for the forecast & budgeting process
  • Works with program, project and other functions to optimize resource utilization and provide oversight on program and project resourcing forecasts.
  • Manages the relationship with and performance of suppliers
  • Performs ERP License management to ensure NG do not overspend with any supplier and comply with terms of license use
  • Accountable for implementing a consistent and standardized approach to program and project forecasting including cost structures, resource cost inputs and capex/opex guidance in collating program and project costs ( RoM and Detailed)

Basic Qualifications - to be considered for this position you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

  • BS degree with 7 years of managing complex budgets OR MS degree with 5 years of managing complex budgets
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project. 
  • Must be expert level in MS Excel
  • Demonstrated ability communicate and interact with a wide range of users ranging from individual contributors up to senior leadership
  • Project Management experience with knowledge in cost treatment of project activities, budget planning and schedule execution
  • Quick learner of new applications
  • Experience with basic software license management
  • Contractor management experience ranging from onboarding to budget and Purchase Order Management through contract closure
  • Able to develop clear and concise processes to improve efficiency​​


Preferred Qualifications - candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

  • Experience with resource management tools, specifically Cora
  • Experience with implementing ERP projects leveraging SAP Activate methodology
  • Experience with Cognos
  • Self-starter who works quickly and effectively, can get up to speed with program processes quickly and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment

    This position reports to Unknown City, MD, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 4 locations listed above.


    Salary Range: $111,100 USD - $166,700 USD

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
