Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Operations Project Manager 2. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) Division.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Works with the Site Operations Manager leading a team of Facilities Planners, Facilities Coordinators and Administrative Staff. 
• Provides direction for all phases of Site Operations projects from inception through completion.
• Assists with the development of SOWs, purchase requests (PRs), I-Buy, ADR requests and Facilities consumable procurement actions.
• Ensures projects are defined, operating budgets established, and sustaining service contracts are initiated and modified. 
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules. Identifies problems and develops solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing project scope.
• Works with other Sentinel Division Sites to integrate facility requirements, modifications, capability stand-ups and sustainment actions.
• Experience working with construction projects, facilities drawings, and building/design layouts. 
• Interfaces with Sentinel and ICBM Sustainment IPTs, Division and Sector entities to facilitate a collaborative team environment across all levels.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

 Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree and 6 years of related experience or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree to equal 10 years of related experience
• At least 1 year experience leading and directing facilities or operations projects
• Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• A DoD Secret Clearance with current Special Program Access.
• Prior Northrop Grumman experience in Operations and Integration.
• Experience standing up facilities and new organizations.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with all stakeholders and SDS Leadership.

Salary Range: $105,600 USD - $158,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
