The Northrop Grumman Corporate Chief Technology Office (CTO) in Falls Church, Virginia, has an immediate opening for a mid-career, Principal level, Business Operations Integration professional. This position will report directly to the CTO Chief of Staff.  

This position integrates relationships between business units and central corporate functions to ensure success in meeting business and corporate goals and objectives. Identifies and facilitates resolution of operational issues. Acts as a liaison between corporate shared services and internal business units.

The primary location of the position is Falls Church, VA, however, some virtual telecommuting will be acceptable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for accurate and thorough tracking of alignment of CTO briefings, products, deliverables, engagements, and master battle rhythm.

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, & provide ongoing reports from collected data

  • Develop strategies that optimizes statistical efficiencies & quality

  • Develop agendas, tracking action items, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and complete information is ready for appropriate meetings and dialog.

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for seamless data flow, communications , and spearheading activities across entire organization.

  • Engage in supporting and coordinating various ad hoc assignments; customer site-visits, conferences, meetings, projects, etc.

  • Define and produce process improvements opportunities across organization

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to create, track and meet schedules, and timelines.

  • Proven experience in multi-tasking and effective problem-solving.

  • Experience analyzing information and identifying relevant aspects of data.

  • Demonstrated communication skills both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in MBA, STEM or related discipline

This position reports to Falls Church, VA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Unknown City, VA, VA, USA.


Salary Range: $95,000 USD - $142,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
