Northrop Grumman is seeking a Real Estate Data Insight Analyst skilled in IBM Tririga and financial data analysis to join our multidisciplinary corporate real estate team. This position is focused on ensuring our real estate portfolio’s financial accuracy and performance. Strong system expertise with IBM Tririga and Tableau, familiarity with SAP, Lease Accelerator, and CoStar highly desired.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient, comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, by nature is precise and detail oriented, maintains strict confidentiality, and attentive to the needs of our internal and external customers.

This position can be supported completely virtually, but it is preferred that the chosen candidate works a hybrid schedule (work from home and on site) at one of our offices based in Los Angeles, CA or in the DC-MD-VA area.


This position is focused on improving our real estate portfolio’s financial data accuracy and performance and delivering continuous process improvement. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Real Estate Portfolio Audits and Forecasts- Review and confirm real estate transaction data, lease accounting data, financial obligations and disbursements. Digital financial data documentation, organization, and control. Support forward looking scenario modeling.
  • Reporting - Support real estate portfolio audit planning and reporting. Tableau dashboard planning & design.  
  • Process Improvement – Review IBM Tririga financial data integrity and system utilization, identify risk areas, research industry best practices, present actionable data, train personnel, and drive operational efficiency.


  • 15 years of relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, finance or related field; OR 13 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in information systems, accounting, finance or related field; OR in lieu of a degree 19+ years of relevant experience may be substituted
  • Strong professional knowledge of and experience working with IBM Tririga (multiple modules) and Tableau
  • Familiarity with SAP, Lease Accelerator, and CoStar
  • Experience with one or more process improvement techniques


  • Direct experience with large diverse real estate portfolios, lease accounting and administration systems, and real estate transaction project management
  • Formal training in a process improvement discipline (Process Mapping, Six Sigma, Lean, etc).
  • Local and able to go on site to one of our offices in Los Angeles, CA or in the DC-MD-VA area


This position reports to Falls Church, VA, USA, however, you are able to work from any of the additional 6 locations listed above.

Salary Range: $132,700 USD - $219,000 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
