As our Deputy Site Security Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the management and maintenance of security policies in relation to customer certifications at New Malden.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the security management of the NG UKL facility in its relationship with stakeholders to ensure maintenance of the required certification.
• Work to the security assurance and compliance policies and procedures, proposing actions and changes as required.
• Assist with communications of security policies.
• Support the completion of regular compliance questionnaires.
• Maintain internal relationships to promote best practice security standards, fostering an environment that drives appropriate risk control behaviour.
• Assist with awareness training for security requirements within the business.
Manage and maintain:
- Risk Management and Accreditation Document sets for the facility.
- Security Management Plans
- Security Operating Procedures.
- The effectiveness of Security Controls.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
• Completed DISA Security Controllers course.
• Experience of security controls in a MOD capacity, for FSC compliance.
• Experience of developing security policy and standards.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
• Relevant security certifications
• Managing defence security awareness at business level
