Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 2/3.  

 

This position primarily serves as the Industrial Security Analysis for the DoD collateral programs. Will support the management and execution of program security as it applies to program protection and industrial security oversight for our DoD customers. Must be well organized, be willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking, perform in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment under minimum supervision. Administers routine aspects of the DoD industrial security program to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.  Implement policies, practices, and procedures of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and implementing the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) 32_CFR, the company policies, practices, and procedures. Understanding and familiarity of DD-254 Implementation Requirements. Interface with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) when needed to support security vulnerability assessments. Physical Security – Understanding the principles of physical security to safeguard and protect DoD assets.  Execute the physical security program, planning and implementation. Demonstrates the countermeasures and concepts of physical security. Shall conduct new hire program briefing, security Indoctrination briefings and maintain security education programs. Conduct Administrative Inquires (AI) investigations and prepare reports to be sent to DCSA. (Backup capacity). Responsible for reviewing program classified holdings, receiving, and dispatching classified information. Knowledgeable with the use of Company and Government Data Bases; SIMS, DISS and NISS. Requires the ability to make sound decisions, manage time, take independent action, and provide focused solutions. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences and all levels of the organization both verbally and through written communications. Must be dependable, responsive, customer focused and possess the qualities of diplomacy, tact, excellent judgment, discretion, and initiative.  Monitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel and physical access. (Access lists, additional security briefings). Perform other duties as assigned or required.

 

 This position can be filled at either a level 2 or level 3.

 

Basic Qualifications for a level 2 :

 

Minimum of 3 years with Bachelor of Industrial Security or related or 1 Years with Master of Industrial Security or related experience.  An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

 

Active Secret Clearance.

 

Basic Qualifications for a level 3:

 

Minimum of 6 years with Bachelor of Industrial Security or related or 4 Years with Master of Industrial Security or related experience.  An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

 

Active Secret Clearance.

 

Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,400
Salary Range 2: $82,400 - $123,600
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
