Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as an Industrial Security Analyst (level 2) or Principal Industrial Security Analyst (level 3) based out of Clearfield, Utah.
Roles and Responsibilities: The ACPSO administers all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Special Access Program (SAP) directives and other governing directives, as applicable. Exhibits the dedication and expectation of excellence required of a seasoned security professional. The ACPSO works as a team player, exhibits flexibility and responds to customer expectations in a sometimes fast-paced environment. The ACPSO interacts with internal and external customers or Government security officials in performance of security duties.
Additional responsibilities:
Administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
Administer procedures and regulations for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted areas and data.
Perform liaison operations with local and federal law enforcement to stay current on security issues facing the northern Utah region.
Interpret federal regulations and company policies regarding adverse information.
Make recommendations to Security Management regarding ways to enhance overall security posture.
Obtain rulings from Customer regarding security violations, infractions, and incidents.
Conduct various types of security investigations and interviews (victim, witness, and subject) in support of site, company, and program security and corporate insider threat program.
Develop and implement an effective security education program for the Northern Utah region.
Conduct security education briefings and audits to identify areas of concern and raise awareness regarding overall security.
Self-starter with minimal supervision.
Willing to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, excellent communication skills speaking, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective communications.
This requisition may be filled at either an Industrial Security Analyst (level 2) or Principal Industrial Security Analyst (level 3)
Basic Qualifications:
Industrial Security Analyst (level 2): 2+ years Security experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 0+ years with a Master's degree OR an additional 4 years of security experience can be used in Lieu of degree.
Principal Industrial Security Analyst (level 3): 5+ years Security experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 3+ years with a Master's degree OR 1+ years with a PhD OR additional 4 years of security experience can be used in Lieu of degree.
This position requires an Active DoD Secret Clearance, with investigation completed within the last 5 years, and the ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) access within a reasonable period of time to meet its business needs.
Must have experience working in a Special Access Program Security role.
Knowledge and familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals.
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Active Top-Secret clearance
