Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Roy, UT to support the Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) Division
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for the Roy, UT location
- Execute all security requirements consistent with program DD Form 254 and SAP Security Classification Guidance (SCG)
- Administer security indoctrinations, refresher briefings and debriefings
- Assist with annual self-inspections and corrective action plan development/completion
- Investigates security violations and prepares reports outlining preventive actions taken.
- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents and equipment
- Responsible for accurate data input into an access control databases
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Masters with 6 years of related experience, or 4 years with a PhD (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Experienced with Computer and desktop Microsoft Office software products
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals
- Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs)
- Experience with SLOPACS and DISS
- Prior Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) Experience
- Experience leading small teams
- Experience with SAP inspections and a record of Satisfactory compliance ratings
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Excellent writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications
- Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets
- Organized and efficient at time management

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
