Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Saint Augustine, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities: Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Basic Qualifications:

• Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access
• 6 years of Industrial Security experience with Bachelor's; OR 4 years with Master's; OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol. 1-4 and ICD-705

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• CPSO experience
• Experience in SAP Personnel Security
• Extensive background in classified programs and thorough understanding of government security regulations
• Experience with DISS, JADE, and SIMS

Salary Range: $72,400 USD - $108,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
