Northrop Grumman is looking for a Security Manager to be the primary POC for all matters pertaining to the BWI Security Operations Center to include management of 5 NGC Security Coordinators and serve as NGC lead for contracted personnel providing support to the SOC Ensure operations are properly staffed and implement strategy to best utilize resources in support of Security Operations CenterPoint of contact for vendor service contracts in support of the BWI Campus Security.  This includes annual budgeting, PO process, and primary POC for all service issues and tickets being processed through the BWI SOC Technical lead for access request ticket system.  This includes coordination with technical security and site operations as new sites are brought onto the system to include potential new sites outside the BWI Campus. Work with vendor/NGC technical security to evaluate hardware and software needs on an ongoing basis, to ensure equipment does not reach it’s end of life and software remains current Review and update all operations procedures, response plans, and business resumption plans pertaining to the BWI SOC. Identify and report any systems discrepancies to NGC Technical Security/Service Provider and coordinate the completion of required repairs. When directed by security management have the ability to pull incident reports, camera footage, access reports, alarm activity reports and all other data requested. Lead the customer support plan for new UL 2050 account programming in MAS for the MS Sector Strong technical knowledge of Lenel (access control) and DMP (alarm) systems with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues complete programming in these systems Knowledge of NISPOM compliance requirements for UL certified areas with the ability to identify and address potential compliance concerns with designated  area POC’s and Security Management Lead for BWI SOC Operations annual budgeting process During a crisis provide oversight of SOC team to ensure communications , Everbridge, command and control, and documentation plans/procedures are followed Strong communications abilities with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in support of the BWI campus security operations and overall security mission. Other duties as assigned in support of the overall BWI Campus Security Operations

Basic Qualifications:

Interim Secret clearance.

Bachelor's and 10+ years security operations experience or Master's and 8+ years security operations experience; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a security operations center.

Technical knowledge related to alarm and access control systems.

Previous supervisory experience.

Experience to include DMP and LENEL.


Salary Range: $88,400 USD - $132,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
