Northrop Grumman is seeking a Physical Security Systems for Access Control Intrusion Detection & Video - ISA2/3 to join the Technical Security team member. Daily duties will include programming, troubleshooting, and running reports for DMP Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), LENEL Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), various Camera systems and Mastermind alarm monitoring software.  Additional duties will include identifying and implementing technical solutions for these various systems. Also included will be the review and completion of physical security requirements and assessments as they pertain to Northrop Grumman facilities.

This position can be filled at either a level 2 or level 3.

Basic Qualifications Industrial Security Analyst 2:

3 years of Security or related experience with Bachelor’s; or 1 year of Security or related with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s.                                   

Ability to obtain Interim Secret Clearance.

2+ years of Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; including MS Word, MS EXCEL and/or MS Project.

2 years’ experience working with Access Control Systems.

Basic Qualifications Industrial Security Analyst 3:

6 years of Security or related with Bachelor’s; or 4 years of security or related with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

Ability to obtain Interim Secret Clearance.

3+ Years of Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; including MS Word, MS EXCEL and/or MS Project.

3 years’ experience working with Access Control Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

TS/SCI Clearance.

2 years’ experience working with Intrusion Detection Systems.

2 years’ experience working with Master Mind alarm monitoring software.

2 Years of general physical/technical security experience.

General knowledge pertaining to both UL and NISPOM requirements.

Previous experience supporting Enterprise security operations.

2+ Years troubleshooting LENEL Access Control, IDS, Digital Camera Systems issues.

Ability to lead and manage projects related to IDS, LENEL, Video Systems and other physical/technical security related systems.


Salary Range: $67,000 USD - $100,400 USD
Salary Range 2: $82,400 USD - $123,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
