Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technical documentation and training coordination? We’re looking for a Technical Publications & Training Coordinator to join our team supporting the Triton Weapon System at RAAF Tindal.
In this role, you’ll ensure technical publications remain accurate and up to date while also coordinating training activities to keep our workforce compliant and skilled.
What You’ll Do:
Technical Publications Coordination
• Manage and maintain Triton’s Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and other maintenance publications.
• Process updates to Defence Orders, Instructions, and Publications (OIP) to support operational and regulatory requirements.
• Review and incorporate changes to technical manuals, ensuring alignment with maintenance operations.
• Manage Technical Publication Deficiency Reports (TPDRs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve issues and improve documentation.
• Work with internal teams to streamline technical publication processes and tools.
• Ensure security, intellectual property, and export control compliance in technical documentation.
Training Coordination
• Deliver RAAF Tindal inductions for new starters, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain training records and authorisations for site personnel.
• Monitor training and certification expiry dates, ensuring workforce compliance.
• Organise on-site training sessions with internal and external providers.
• Develop and update training materials, including work instructions and equipment checklists.
• Participate in maintenance planning and quality assurance activities
