You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element, including systems analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance or modifications, support equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs). Responsibilities include: cost, schedule, and technical performance of a specific unit or work package on a life cycle support type contract or broad responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a delivery order or small technical services-type contract.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of experience in logistics disciplines such as supply/transportation/warehousing/logistics plans; or Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in logistics disciplines such as supply/transportation/warehousing/logistics plans; or Master's Degree and 6 years of experience in logistics disciplines such as supply/transportation/warehousing/logistics plans.
- Complete understanding of TCTO/Service Bulletins, Borrow Payback, Critical Asset Management, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) processes.
- Have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Have and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
- Accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 180 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements and meet medical requirements and vaccinations for worldwide travel.
- Willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, weekends and support on-call status when necessary.
- Have the ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission is a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal Degree.
- Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry.
- Prior command or superintendent-level leadership experience in a Logistics Readiness Squadron, Aerial Port Squadron, or DoD equivalent operational unit.
- Understanding of deployment readiness for personnel and end items to include how to build and maintain war readiness packages.
- Experience managing diverse teams of highly skilled employees highly desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of configuration management processes.
- Experience in more than one Logistics discipline.
- Working knowledge of Supply Logistics and MiCAP processes.
