Are you ready to join Northrop Grumman? If so, put your experience to work as a member of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) technical staff. The position supports the US Army IBCS, which is a ground transportable, tactical integrated air and missile defense command and control system. Put your experience to work as a Product Support Manager to assist with the implementation and execution of worldwide training operations supporting the US Army customer foreign military sales (FMS) case, Poland.

This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama with possible relocation to Warsaw Poland at equipment fielding in early to mid-year 2023.

Duties include:

  • Oversees projects and task assigned to the organizational group

  • Prepares/conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings concerning specific operations

  • Interprets and executes policies and procedures that affects the department

  • Coordinates/collaborates with cross-functional teams and customer representatives concerning operations, schedule, and/or specific phases of projects

  • Provides Sr. level leadership with expert input to USG customers

  • Leads product development and life cycle management process to support new product introductions and life cycle management opportunities

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Experience with business case development

Basic Qualification

  • 5 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Develops work schedule for 15 plus employees

  • Provides direction to subordinates using established policies and procedures

  • Extensive experienced in WISŁA IBCS aspects writing Basis of Estimate (BOE), proposals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Risk/Opportunity Management, and reviewing contracts for accuracy

  • Expert in continuous improvement, maintaining high levels of performance and streamlines operations

  • Expert knowledge of safe work practices and the means of methods of construction

  • Skilled at logical planning, setting realistic goals, and managing complex operations ad tasks

  • Articulate and clear communication skills in verbal and written formats

  • Confident and capable of independent work, takes initiative, sets priorities, and completes projects through to completion

  • Possess a fundamental understanding of business financials and commercial knowledge

  • Ensures solutions are consistent with WISŁA IBCS objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience with a Masters’ Degree

  • Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects

  • Create product strategies and ensures long-lasting relationships with customers

  • Performs on-going operational tasks of organizational groups in staff and professional groups

  • Develops and delivers presentations to leadership and/or customer

  • Ability to speak Polish

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with Air and Missile Defense Tactical Operations


Salary Range: $111,100 USD - $166,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
