If so, Our Global Supply Chain wants You to join our team as a Logistics Management Analyst for our day time/weekend shift. This position is located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. **This position is for the Weekend / Night Shift (THURSDAY – SUNDAY)What You'll Get To Do:You will support a multitude of programs within the operations of the Maintenance and Fabrications Solutions (MFS) site by inventorying and issuing parts in support of a variety of U.S. government contracts. You will be working with MFS and government teammates to ensure mission success. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Logistics and Supply Chain Analysis to simultaneously support multiple contracts
  • Provide transportation/supply chain analysis to fulfill mission in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
  • Work with the Northrop Grumman and government contractors to research and order parts and materials, issue parts and materials, and stock parts and materials.
  • Maintaining inventory databases for material stocked in storerooms and warehouses.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite of products, Adobe Acrobat and other programs required to generate DD1149, DD1348-1, DD-1348-6 and DD-250
  • Will be responsible for inventory management of 15K+ parts
  • Will be simultaneously issuing parts while researching parts history
  • Use your ability to manage multiple jobs and or tasks at once
NGSkillsBasic Qualifications:
  • A high School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics management
  • Excellent inventory management and organizational skills
  • Experience with MS Office programs
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Logistics Specialist in the USG/DoD aircraft maintenance industry
  • Familiar with generating shipping documents utilizing forms such as DD1149, DD1348-1, DD-1348-6 and DD-250
  • HAZMAT Qualified
  • Forklift Operator or able to get certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of related experience
  • A current Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $55,100 USD - $82,700 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
