Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)

Scope:

The Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) IDIQ provides ACC-APG customers, other Program Executive Offices (PEOs), other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies with knowledge based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) related needs.

The RS3 scope includes but is not limited to Engineering, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Logistics, Acquisition and Strategic Planning, and Education and Training.

RS3 Features:

• Multiple Award/Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA/IDIQ) with extensive ordering period
• Notice to Proceed March 7, 2019 - May 14, 2023 with an additional 5-year option through 05/14/2027. Task orders can extend 5 years beyond the ordering period to 05/14/2032

• RS3 Program Office Engineering Support to assist customer with development of customer Technical Requirements documents
• Templates and sample documents to assist customers in creating the requirements packages necessary to support Mission Requirements
• Fully compliant streamlined processes and procedures Support for Worldwide Government C4ISR Requirements
• Low administrative contract service rates to customers (program office processes facilitate minimal support cost structure)
• Pre-Award through Post-Award support from RS3 Program Office.
