Army Private Cloud (APC 2)

APC2 is a $249M multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price contract for cloud computing services. The Army, Department of Defense, and other Federal agencies can use the Army’s first cloud computing contract through the completion date of December 29, 2016.

The Department of the Army, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA [ALT]), Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) is responsible for developing a solution to consolidate the Army’s application hosting data center environments. PEO EIS manages APC2 along with the US Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) who administers the IDIQ vehicle and task orders.

This contract vehicle will be used to provision private sector US government enclave Cloud Computing services in fixed and mobile (austere environment, container) environments. APC2 offers private cloud application hosting, Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service and a variety of consulting and migration services. In addition, these solutions are available in multiple configurations and placements such as GOCO, COCO, commercial site or Government site.
