Kristine (Krissi) Fauser leads the corporate Legislative Affairs organization at Northrop Grumman.
In this role, she develops and executes the company's legislative and domestic policy agenda. Fauser is responsible for communicating Northrop Grumman's achievements and objectives to members of the U.S. Congress, state and local elected officials, policy leaders, and trade associations. Additionally, she leads the company's employee-funded political action committee.
Bio
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in 2025, Fauser had extensive experience in congressional and executive branch engagement and advocacy. She held senior legislative affairs roles at Lockheed Martin for more than 16 years and worked in the government relations organization at United Technologies. She also served as the Defense and National Security Advisor for Senator Susan Collins.
Fauser earned a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Wilson College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from George Mason University.
