Operation IMPACT Enrollment Process
It’s easy as 1,2,3. The following three steps are required to request career transition support through Operation IMPACT. Please carefully read and complete all the documents and steps in order to successfully complete your enrollment process.
1. Download and complete the enrollment forms
2. Initiate application to the Operation IMPACT Program
3. Attach your enrollment forms to your application — then submit
(All forms must be attached prior to submitting application)
Once you have completed these steps, a representative will be in touch to schedule a Program Orientation, which is the last step in enrolling for program support.
