Annual Summit – The annual PrIDA Summit brings PrIDA members from all chapters together to discuss ideas for continuing to build and foster a diverse workforce. PrIDA members are also able to engage with executive leadership and highlight ongoing initiatives in their local communities, in and out of the workplace, that support inclusivity.
About Employee Resource Groups – ERGs
PrIDA is one of more than a dozen Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Northrop Grumman and are a key component of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). ERGs are formed around common communities of interest in support of business objectives and are managed by employees.
