Maximize opportunities for small businesses to contribute to national security and program excellence by advocating for their meaningful participation across our programs and supply chain.
The OSBP team works with internal stakeholders and external small business industry associations groups to offer guidance and tools necessary to maximize small business participation. We manage small business initiatives such as Mentor-Protégé Program and support the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs that foster funding research and development projects.
