Description
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Military Trainer to join our team of qualified, diverse professionals located in Lawton, OK. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Training and Training Development Team. Primary responsibilities includes; provide consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine, plan and execute some or all phases of military training, including instructional delivery, doctrinal development, scenario driven exercises, and after action review and analysis.
Will function as a member of a Training Team by performing instructor-led training to DOD Civilians and deploying units in both garrison and field environments. Assist with the accountability and maintenance of equipment used in support of all training; assist with the development of training material used in support of all training.
Basic Qualifications:
4 Years with Bachelors; 2 Years with Masters. Additional years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Current active DoD Secret Security Clearance
· Strong technical background with Military systems
· Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
· Knowledge of military operations, procedures, and training activities.
· Strong technical background with military systems
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior Military experience as a NCO or Warrant Officer
· Certified Military Instructor courses
· Documented experience with military academic instructional development at the individual and collective levels
· Familiarity with other C-RAM and C-UAS systems
