Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Palmdale, CA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), provide to briefer/debriefer, and/or execute briefs/debriefs on behalf of the government security team.
Maintain accountability of classified material or classified media as required by contract(s).
Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities.
Review and verify personnel security clearances and SAP accesses through queries to government security databases and systems.
Conduct security education briefings, security audits.
Basic Qualifications:
3 years Security experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 1 year with a Master's degree OR additional 4 years of security experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Candidate must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance current within 6 years
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a self-starter attitude
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
CDSE Professional Certification
Experience working in an SAP environment
Working knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
