Describe your background and current role.
After 10 years in the Army both as an Engineering and Public Affairs Officer, I transitioned into the civilian workforce and was fortunate to work in Aviation, project managing the delivery of spiral development programs & upgrades for F/A-18F Super Hornet and E/A-18G Growler aircraft, and managing the Capability Assurance Program for the ARH Tiger helicopter.
Describe your career at Northrop Grumman Australia so far.
I joined in late 2021 and have been fortunate to hit the ground running working on a number of different programs and business development pursuits which have really given me a great appreciation and understanding of the width and breadth of the company.
I’m now primarily responsible for the project management of a Maritime Tactical Data Link project leading a team of diverse engineers, integrated logistics, and other functional staff.

Meeting such a diverse team of good people. There’s definitely a great culture lots of people across the full spectrum from young graduates to established professionals and leadership who are genuinely keen to make a difference, to solve complex problems, and to deliver value for our customers.

For me Defining Possible represents our daily involvement and challenge of designing, testing, and delivering new platforms and products that are at the forefront of technology – with the added benefit of providing real world impacts.
